Account and login problems

Tell us what sign-in method you used, your username or account email, device model, OS version, and any error message shown.

Purchase or restore problems

Use the app’s restore purchases option first. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, with entitlements managed by RevenueCat. For refunds or subscription management, use your Apple or Google account settings.

Reporting quiz question issues

Send the question text, answer options, the answer you expected, and why you think the question is wrong or unclear.

Deleting account or data

You can request account/data deletion by email. Include your username or account email so we can locate your account.

Reporting abuse or profile content

Send the username, a description of the issue, screenshots if available, and the game/session context. We review reports for abusive or inappropriate profile/avatar content.

QR or joining problems

Check camera permission, network connection, and that the game code is still active. If QR scanning fails, try entering the code manually and tell us what happened.
