Account deletion

You can delete your account any time in the app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you can’t access the app, request deletion via email:

We permanently remove your profile (username, avatar) and game stats from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure you’re on the latest version of the app.
• Stable internet is required for real-time play.
• If QR join fails, check camera permission in system settings.
• On iOS: Settings → Spot the Same! → allow Camera.
• On Android: Settings → Apps → Spot the Same! → Permissions → enable Camera.
